Whether it is selecting the correct Designer, helping communicate your ideas to the Designer, or helping you understand the cost associated with the many options confronting you, Waverly will be at your side throughout the process.
Waverly will prepare a detailed set of specifications that allows us to accurately forecast the cost of your home as you are developing your home plans. Our specifications and estimates are more detailed than most builders. Our estimates are 40-page documents that define every aspect of your home, from the brick and lumber down to the type of wall and floor coverings. We walk room by room through the home and define the scope of the project, identify the materials that are planned, and proper allowances. We consider the estimate process to be an open book system.
Once the final cost estimate is complete, it follows the project completely through construction. With each pay request, we detail the estimated versus actual cost and when discrepancies are realized, we provide explanations for the discrepancies.
