Waverly Custom Homes is led by Owners Dwayne Smith and Teri Smith. Dwayne and Teri make the perfect tag team of design/construction knowledge with the material selection assistance. We at Waverly look at every project as a relationship with the Owners and provide the varying level of support design support that each Owner needs.
Dwayne is an engineer who has been working in the South Alabama Region for the past 18 years design and providing construction management for a range projects throughout the Eastern US. In 2005, Dwayne began constructing custom homes on the Eastern Shore. Through Dwayne’s design and construction knowledge, Waverly has been able to bring the unique capability to understand how the inter structure of a home provides support through varying loading conditions.
Teri leads our design selection assistance. Teri works with each Owner to help them understand when material selections are needed and provides varying level of support. Teri works as a consumer to control budgets through the selection process.
We at Waverly see our mission as being to construct quality homes at a good value that has the fingerprint of the Owner. Every home that we construct is only the being of a friendship that we expect to last a lifetime.
