I have been working in the engineering and construction industry for over 18 years and have design and managed the construction of projects ranging from less than a half million to multi-billion. When a question arises on a project, Waverly has the expertise that is needed to find the most cost effective solution.
Design and construction of homes along the Gulf Coast requires a complete understanding of hurricane standards. It seems like insurance companies are constantly increasing rates or dropping home owners. We at Waverly see it as our mission to stay ahead of the changes to design standard due to hurricane code changes.
With Waverly quality is not an option, it is a given. We maintain a group of quality and cost efficient subcontractors that are capable of tackling even the most challenging projects. Waverly routinely works with its subcontractors on cost of a project, even willing to incur additional cost that doesn’t get past on to clients, because we understand that in order to have happy customers, you must have qualified subcontractors that consider your project their best. We routinely tell subcontractors that we can always work with them on cost, but we can never accept poor safety or quality. This allows each project to be completed with quality in mind.
