The final step in the building process is Post Construction. At Waverly, our post construction procedures include 30 and 90 day checkups, an 11-month final inspection, and punch-list management. At Waverly we minimize the disturbance to homeowners during punch-list mitigation by proper scheduling of subcontractors into a narrow window to get all items complete. Our goal is to get in and get out without the Homeowner ever knowing that we were there.
